Graduate programs have varied requirements for coursework to be completed prior to admission.  However, requirements typically include:

Psychology - 6 hours

Applied Statistics - 3 hours

Medical Terminology - 3 hours

Standardized Test

Not all physician assistant programs require submission of standardized test scores. Those programs that do require such scores typically require theGraduate Record Examination.

Application Information

The majority of physician assistant programs participate in theCentral Application Service for Physician Assistants (CASPA).  If a school does not participate in the CASPA process, please contact directly.  To determine if a school participates in the CASPA, please go to CASPA participating schools
