Reserving a Testing Location

University College Testing Services offers exam proctoring for students taking courses at Illinois State University or other institutions.

 

Additional Testing Centers

If you are looking for a proctored exam location other than Illinois State University, you may use the National College Testing Association Consortium of College Testing Centers as a resource. These are testing centers that are members of NCTA, there may be additional testing centers in your area not listed on the link above.

Students Requesting Proctoring Services

  1. Have your instructor or designated institution contact person read and complete the exam request form below. You will not be able to make an appointment until this is done.
  2. Contact University College Testing Services to schedule an appointment at least 3-5 days prior to your exam date. Same day appointments are not guaranteed.
  3. All students should read and be familiar with the proctoring services guidelines.

 

Faculty or Designated Testing Services Staff

Faculty should also read and be in agreement with the proctoring services guidelines prior to requesting services.

Faculty can request proctoring services and submit exam materials each semester, as needed. Due to lab space limitations, it is important requests are submitted in a timely fashion each semester to ensure space is available. Students will NOT be able to schedule exams until we have recieved the completed exam request form.
