COMPASS Math Placement Testing
The COMPASS Math Placement exam (required for all incoming Freshmen with Math ACT scores of 26 and below) can be taken at ISU or an approved remote test site.

For an up-to-date list of approved remote test sites, please visit ucollege.IllinoisState.edu/testing. But, whether your taking it on-campus or off, you'll need to pre-register at the ISU's Testing office.

Preparing for finals

It's almost over! You need one last effort to finish strong this semester. Attend one of our Finals Prep workshops — April 23 through May2.

These workshops will help you develop successful study strategies for final exams, including how to make the most of your study tools, how to manage stress, and where you can study most effectively. Sign up online.

Advanced Registration is now open. Find your specific registration date on the academics tab in My.IllinoisState.edu.

Preview for Fall 2013 begins June 3 for all incoming freshmen.

Math Placement Tests should be taken 2 weeks prior to your Preview date.

Petition for Reinstatement: Summer courses that start May 13 — the deadline is noon on Friday, May 17. For all other summer and fall courses — the deadline is Wednesday, May 22 by 4:30 p.m.
