The following items need to be completed when participating in the Project Success program.
Complete Success Survey
First-time and New Start Probation students take the Becoming a Successful Student survey to help identify ways to get back on track.Complete Survey
Register and Attend Success Seminar I
Success Seminar I will provide you information about academic support services, the risks involved with being on academic probation as well as set personal goals for returning to good academic standing. You will also receive the necessary information and forms required to completed Project Success.
Success Seminar 1 is only offered for about a 10-day period at the start of the semester. The deadline to register is January 22.Register for Success Seminar 1
Complete your Advisor Conference
Schedule an appointment with your academic advisor to complete your Advisor Conference. (Advisors: You should complete the advisor conference form by March 8).Schedule Appointment
Attend a Workshop
As a Project Success student, you are required to complete ONE workshop. As we stated in Seminar I, there are various reasons why students are on academic probation. Both of the areas listed have a variety of workshops that can benefit you.

Success Seminar II will assist you in evaluating your progress by reviewing the goals set in your Success Action Plan, completed in Success Seminar I. Complete and bring the required Grade Check Form to the seminar session.
