Get Back on Track

Transitioning to college life and being successful while you're here is far from easy. University College has programs specifically for students who need a little help to get back on track to academic success.

Academic Probation

University College oversees the academic probation support programs for students whose cumulative GPA falls below the 2.0 requirement.

Dismissal

Along with the Academic Senate's reinstatement committee, University College oversees the dismissal and reinstatement process for students whose cumulative GPA repeatedly falls below 2.0.

Academic Warning

Academic Warnings are sent to any student who has earned a semester GPA less than 2.0 but has a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher. University College wants to help you get back on track and improve your GPA to avoid academic probation.

Academic Integrity

University College has a strong partnership with the Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution with the shared goal of educating the campus community about Academic Integrity. Learn more about academic dishonesty, how to prevent plagiarism, and making sound ethical decisions.

Summer Bounce Back

This program is for students enrolled in summer courses and in need of intrusive academic support.
